SHOEI has always been dedicated to one goal – the development of exceptional technology to make the perfect helmet since 1958. Founder Eitaro Kamata, with incredible spirit and dedication, created and used the first production specifically for the racing sector. They are a team of less than 500 people, but everyone in the industry, no matter where they are in the world, knows their name, and that is exceptional. Most impressive of all is the dedication of their production department. The company makes all helmets by hand, although production costs exceed the level in many European countries, because the men and women who work for them take each helmet as a personal challenge.
